Bring the lake inside the area: the complex is designed in strong relationship with the water that touch the project, as a way to access the building, as a link between the lake and the buildings. The water as an element of composition , limiting the perimeter , it is a unifying element of the entire project. The building is designed with a view facing the lake in only one direction.

The wall road at north has two functions: separation system compared to the urban context, like a shield to the north, while within the complex is connecting element between the different buildings.

The Formal aspect of the building is a answer to questions from the functional relationship between building volume and its inclusion within the plot.

Water system: the natural water with which the lake touches the plate, and the artificial water, with the mirror of water from which the buildings are located. On a functional way it determines a combination of different types in aggregate form originally and then unbundled. The language created accentuates the difference between functions and their destination as well as emphasizes the symbolic value.

The roofs are meant as a usable area for all purposes in order to enjoy in private of the beautiful view of the landscape and the lake.

The system aggregative occurs through a wall path, which is formalized as a “comb” architecture, from which are detached from time to time the buildings projecting towards the lake according to a hierarchy, to culminate with the most representative building in almost total isolation within the landscape .

At the center is placed the main building entrance, hinge of the whole operating system, in which converge the access of all ways (access by water, by land, by helicopter, by pedestrian routes).

The architectural composition in this way defined finds a contact in one platform that replicates formally artificial water lake and water as an element of transition from constructed element to natural element.

The treatment of solid volumes has suffered the same creative process that has characterized the architectural composition of entire complex .

Starting from a full volume is ideally represented in a deconstruction in more elements of the volumes, in this way represented: three sides facing north were treated in a totally closed way to in land although they were presented with a texture that characterizes the skin, the remaining side to the south is strongly oriented towards the lake has been treated in a transparent manner with the inclusion of an area totally transparent.

The base of the building laying directly on the tub artificial water while the roof covering, also in this case, is treated as a closing element geometrical and suspended as the other surfaces of the same volume. The treatment is the same for all the buildings in the same way.

The architectural and landscape is the answer at two different geometric logic. The lake, which reaches up to touch the walls of the system built, physically separates the two areas but becomes the central point of the project, as it is brought inside the project area .

The architecture, consisting of several buildings connected by a cross member, is organized on an orthogonal geometry and is separated from the park by the water contained in artificial ponds at the height of the buildings, and the water of the lake about three feet below .

The two main functional systems are held together by small landmarks, walkways and wooden platforms, as the pontoons allow sew both functionally and visually architectural system that informal park. The system of wooden platforms also manages the water-front on the beach, making it easy for the relationship between the people and the shore, as well as the landing of larger boats.

The road network is fully managed in parallel to the access road, so the access of vehicles are functionally related but are never visible from the main system built facing the lake.

The footpaths are “hierarchical” as a function of motivation to pass through. A footpath up that quickly reaches the beautiful view from the platform on the lake and docking, allows a walk of detached observation of the entire area. The secondary routes, which branch off from the main one, are immersed in the various gardens down to a lower altitude and near the water to allowing the most intimate and contemplative walks. The larger boats reach the platform on the lake and then through the smaller boats in the small lagoon enter and reach the buildings.

Only along the perimeter of the area is planted with trees and shrubs that reach medium and large size, along the lake between the beach and the park will be planted native riparian vegetation designed to protect from the wind, but the height is not good to the perception of the lake and the park built by the system. Inside the park, inside the bubbles, and along the banks of the small inner lagoon, only will be planted bulbs, herbaceous plants and shrubs. The vegetation that grows in the lower areas will be a vegetation water, while planted on the slopes, in the path or on the highest part of the shore will be a vegetation which must correspond to local rainfall, which should not require integration of the irrigation system .This enormous diversity of vegetation “low” allows you to play with the cyclical nature of the flowers and textures of green, making the garden a place changing, never the same but always in bloom. Even the tour of the lake, deleting and re-emerge leaving some parts, participates in this spectacular cyclical change.

In the evening it was decided to lighting only some parts of the main path and some small islands of vegetation that will serve as a visual reference for both those who follow the path lit by those and for who observe that scenario from the buildings.

The protagonists of the night scene will be in fact the flowers in resin illuminated LED that dot the ridges and that seem to float in the darkness, and necklaces of alkekengi that indicate the waterway direct towards the citadel.

It shows the general lighting landscape illumination from lake side towards the buildings. All scenarios are figured and composed here. The richness of the lighting is due to the bird

view ,which embrace all the area in one sight. All the scenarios are turned on to show how they works.

Landscape view from opposite point of observation to appreciate the landscape garden illumination and the street side building facades. All vertical surfaces will be covered by a dress of warm vibrantly light, in the garden we can see lighting flowers at ground level and lighting suspensions above the entry channel to sign it.
